should we have a minutes silence at all football/soccer grounds this weekend

@Brazilnut, you would make a great dictator.

If people wish to have a minute's silence that is up to them.

Rather than spend all day on here starting so many political posts...maybe take up a hobby.

But the minutes silence will not be the will of the people who are attending it will be the wish of the person who is charge of the stadium, it might not be as people wish. The whole thing might turn out to be a disaster to those stadiums that are having it.

Thought it was only teenagers that were glued to their phones all day.

The FA has already said there won't be a minute's silence at Wembley this weekend, so nothing to discuss really.  Just one of the usual suspects trying to stir up yet more anti-Thatcher feeling.

Waiting for a new post on the 'ding dong' song.. lol ..I wouldnt waste money on that!!!

I heard this on Spotlight and thats why I started the thread. Its local to Dawlish and I know a few people in Dawlish who watch Exeter Chiefs
