Is there a webmaster maintaining this site? Why do you have to go to the bottom of the discussion to make a post? The thread should run in the other direction, newer posts at the top. It would make it infinitely easier to continue a discussion. Also, when you see that someone has posted something and try to find it, it's not there. Is there someone out there dealing with these issues?

Well it is not necessarily true that the thread should run in the opposite direction. Most forum threads run in order of date posted from top to bottom. You are probably thinking of 'comment' sections on news and social sites which are not forums.

However, I had considered the problem of having to scroll down on long threads a while back and thought of a solution that would suit this site whereby older posts collapse or are hidden and only the latest posts show, perhaps based on the date the user last visited the site. However, The thread would still run in date order, perhaps with an option for users to reverse it. This will be in the next update.

the other issue reflects that it says on the ma in discussion page that someone has posted, but when you actually click on the topic, there is nothing new there.
