Has anyone tried the new Warren chippy thats been open a week now. Its on the corner of the station road by the amusement arcade.
Its worth a visit good and flexible menu, prices seem competetive. Tried the fish and chips last night. Fish excellent, chips room for improvement but certainly better than other local offerings.

@FredBassett.i live in winchester hampshire,so i have not been down to dawlish warren for months and you said that a new fish and chip shop has opened. is the other one still open by the gift shop?
We have been told the chip shop in Newton abbot is the best around (eat in as well) so we went over yesterday for lunch
9 of us arrived at 2.03pm only to find it had shut, all the staff were inside, they didn't want our business.
Maybe we should have stayed here and walked down the warren.
We will try the new one next week.
