Just been looking online at the BBC Devon News. Some way down its report on the weather it says that " In Dawlish, a row of basement flats near the seafront was also affected."

I think it was the ones from Nat west to Geralds on the corner
Claires Hair Salon was also flooded. It was shown on BBC Spotlight last night.
Please
