From 5.00pm meet at the Piazza for a torch lit procession to the Bandstand (bring your own torches, no flames please).

And I thought Winchester were late.They switched there lights on the November 15th.Mind you they are last years!! London(Oxford Street), and London(Regent Street) are on and Southampton are too.
