Just picked about 30lbs of crab apples.  Any suggestions apart from crab apple jelly?

@neilh - i have a few, not many but i will post them as i get the time over the weekend. in the meantime you can make crabapple cheese & butter with them (as per my blackberry recipes) 

@Chef  Thanks, I'll pass on to my wife!  I'm the forager and she's the producer, apart from the sloe vodka which was a joint effort!!

@neilh sloe vodka sounds interesting, have made sloe gin may have a go at the sloe vodka.
