Why is that, slap bang in the middle of the holiday season, the only gents' public toilets open are at Boat Cove and Sandy Lane ?

Is this because of carefully-targeted vandalism or just bad planning ?  Anybody know ?

are they not open up by Bartons Car Park or down by Harrisons amusements?

The one's opposite Harrisons (near tourist info.) was open today (which was convenient for me), and barton car park ones open yesterday when I passed by.

Well, neither of them were open yesterday afternoon around 2 o'clock.
