This is the site just starting to be built to the side and back of Gatehouse school more or less opposite Gatehouse Farm. It backs onto the presently being built Strongvox Swan's Rise development.
It seems that only 12% of the Bovis 251 dwellings due to be built at Secmaton Lane will now be 'affordable'.
Of that 12%, 50% is scheduled to be for affordable rent and 50% for intermediate housing.
I know no more than this (like I don't know how many bedrooms per dwelling, disabled access provision and what % will be flats and what % houses etc).
