Does anyone know anything about this - seen Tuesday near Mamhead obelisk?
A clouded yellow perhaps? The female has yellow spots in the black borders on the upper sides of the wings.
It looks as though there is a metal wire going into its thorax too!
Yes, well spotted - looks like a spoof!! But who would plant a butterfly like this in the middle of nowhere?
