Just thought I'd post that. We call them in our house "Dawlish evenings" as it seems that very often, when it has been a bit of a miserable day here, the sun comes out in the evening and shines over Dawlish.
Just as it has done now. Looking towards the south east and over the sea as I type this it is almost a cloudless sky (mind you it doesn't look like that towards Exeter and east Devon way!)
I agree Lyn, I walked along the beach to the Warren this afternoon and back along the cliff path. I must say i was surprised to see only eleven people between the Rockstone and Red Rock, also only two people and one cyclist along the cliff path. I thought the schools were out and holiday makers in, where are they?
