Well if no one else is going to say it - GO TEAM GB!! :-D 

Excellant day today, first medal ever in woman's rowing and not only was it our first GOLD, but they did it in style! Then Mr Wiggins gets our next Gold, making him our best ever Olympian!

Proud day to fly the flag, i'dd say :-) 

Bit of a shame it was at the cost of the Kiwis though, but hey ho ;-)

Great stuff from Team GB again today - already there have been dozens of memorable performances! With plenty more to come from Team GB too!

From my part of the country we have a sailor doing well, a cyclist and a swimmer all girls

From exe sailing club you have 2 top sailors doing very well.

Nick Demspey put in a fabulous performance yesterday

Gorgs fingers crossed today and Heather Fell is achieving what is expected of her.

So well done to everyone for being good enough to even get to the olympics its what every sports person dreams of.
