A compandre of mine is Chef de Cuisine in a new restaurant about to open in Bloomington, Illonois, USA, featuring Greek Cuisine. A bit of a drive for lunch I know ;-)

Talking of Greek food.  George Osborne has banned the sale of Taramasalata and Hummus.  It's a double-dip recession.........
