Dawlish Discussion

I am trying to trace a man called Keith, moved from the London area, and was married nto Rosalyn, who died of cancer. I think he moved to Dawlish in the last 2 or 3 years, although I cant be 100% sure. I am trying to trace him for his niece (by marriage) Julie Honor, who is trying to trace her father. Keith was the only contact she had. She too has been diagnosed and treated for breast cancer, and is desperate to contact Keith in order to try and find her father.
