Have any of you had any dealings with Bradleys estate agents (Dawlish, Teignmouth or Exeter St David's branches) to RENT a property .... and felt that you were being given the run around / not told the full story etc / being sold a pup?
Without going into detail about my own personal sorry saga with Bradleys at the moment, I just wanted to see if this is just a one off situation that has happened to me or if other people have had poor / negative experiences with Bradleys?
(Before I decide whether to pull out of my current negotiations with Bradleys completely.)
Thanks.
I've dealt with Bradleys Dawlish, Fullfords Exeter, Force & Sons Exeter and a couple of landlords as I have moved around a bit. I had problems with Fullfords and a few landlords. I had no problems with Bradleys and Force & Sons.
Thanks Paul.
I think my circumstance/problem might not be Bradleys fault -- it might be entirely because they had been given the run around / wrong impression from the owner / landlord who had given them instructions to advertise a property for rent, which now is not available to rent.
It is just rather annoying when I had set my heart on that property and now have to look for something else, altho Bradleys have offered me alternative rental properties on their books, I am waiting to hear back about.
