I've never been in to Home Kitchen, but I would have thought that it would be snapped up quite quickly. Obviously its the leasehold thats for sale and its not clear how long is left on the lease, but an asking price of £59,950 for a £70,000 turnover business might be worth a punt as there's got to scope for increasing that t/o.
Turnover is what you take in the till ...cant see a profit there from ths start after paying out for stock, rates, staff etc etc
hopefully prospective purchasers will have a more positive outlook to life than @wondering, and realise that there's a lot of scope there to increase the turnover, given a little investment and imagination. if it was me, i'd firstly find out why residents like nelson haven't eaten/drank there, yet have eaten/drank in every other eating establishment in town.
