Had a letter posted through my door to say Dawlish United is about to take over the clubhouse and football ground at Sandy Lane.
Their intentions are to keep playing football on the ground for local youths and adults. The club house will be open to the community of Dawlish.
That is wonderful news, Good Luck to them
Sounds great ideal venue for local bands, birthday parties, group meetings, etc. Hope it takes off and gets loads of local support.

Great news, hopefully the people of Dawlish will support them instead of drifting off to clubs all over the place, as happened with dawlish town.
I think it was more to do with the" mob" that was running DT not the football itself, and certain clientele they allowed to use the Clubhouse
