Child Benefit - Budget update

The proposals as per originally put forward (see my first posting on the Child Benefit Reforms thread) have now been altered in today's budget.
The situation is now as follows:
A family with an income of below £50,000 pa will get CB.
A family that has an income of (or has one of the two earner's earning) £50,000 -£60,000pa will still get CB but it will be tapered off bit by bit the nearer the £60,000 pa mark the income becomes.
A family with an income of £60,000+ pa will no longer get CB.
(That's how I understand it to be. However, no doubt as this gets analysed by experts anomolies will no doubt be found as per the original proposals).
