22 year-old Jordon Clark who subjected his partner to a sadistic attack has been jailed for three years.

Clark, of Piermont Place, Dawlish pushed his way into mother-of-three Carla Ryding's home at 4am and subjected her to a terrifying ordeal. He punched her in the face, headbutted her, broke her nose and held a knife to her throat.

Former soldier Clark was supposed to be attending a probation-run course on domestic violence at the time, after attacking a previous partner.
