Dawlish Discussion

Just had a leaflet pushed through the door telling me about the office space for rent at Scala House (used to be where Scott Richards were located).

Is there a need/demand for such office space in the town?

I'd have one if I could afford it :-(

Maybe that's the problem - that whilst there may be people in the town running a one person business from their homes those same people just don't have the money to rent an office in the town centre.
