This is the development presently being built at the top of Carhaix Way.
I have just been in e-mail correspondence with Strongvox, the developer, trying to find out what percentage of the housing (124 units in total) will be 'affordable' and within that affordable number what percentage will be for affordable rent and how much for shared ownership.
Whilst I have been told the % and how it will be broken down I don't know whether or not I can divulge that on here as I did not receive an answer to my question of " and can I let others know?".
For some reason the person with whom I was corresponding accused me of being sarcastic. (which, as it happens, in this instance, I wasn't being).
So, suffice to say that a % of the development will be for affordable housing and a roughly equal % of that will be for 1) affordable rent and 2) shared ownership.
