A 70year-old pensioner from Dawlish has had charges against him dropped. The man pleaded not guilty to possessing a knife in a public place in Exeter at an earlier hearing at the Crown Court in October.
The defendant did not attend the latest hearing at the Exeter Crown Court due to poor health and is now in a residential home in Dawlish.
