The man arrested in connection with Alison Langton's death after colliding with her car has been charged with her murder.
Paul Cox, 33, of Bovey Tracey, is alleged to have murdered the 33-year-old mother of two from Dawlish.
He appeared before magistrates in Exeter on the 17 November and was remanded in custody to appear before Exeter Crown Court on February 27.
Ms Langton, who was on her way home, died at the scene after her car flipped onto its roof.
