THREE people were taken to hospital yesterday after being involved in a head-on collision at Kenton.
The driver and passenger in a Toyota MR2 and the driver of a BMW suffered suspected broken bones in the incident on the A379.
Ambulance staff treated the people at the scene just after 4.30pm, before they were taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
Their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening and all three people were believed to be local.
Police closed the road for three hours and two fire engines from Dawlish and Topsham attended.
