Does anyone know why all the trees along the Exeter Road have had white circles drawn around them?

da lish in bloooooooooooom. sum o u lot wud prefer da lish in glooooooooooom.

I believe a new cycle path is to be built linking Exeter Road with D.C.C and Gatehouse School it may be they are in the way and need to be removed just a guess

He/she talks like an idiot to disguise a reasonable brain with occasional valid points - interspersed with drivel and personal insults.

Also lots fo white circles on trees on edge of Ideford Common - obviously some sort of marker for what they're going to do with the trees. I suspect some sort of felling programme.
