Wonder if that famland is located in the immediate locality ............?

I see from the estate agent's blurb that these properties " boast beautiful views of the surrounding countryside" and are in a "semi rural location".
For how long I wonder?
£670 pm for a 1bed flat IN DAWLISH!!!, no wonder people are leaving this area. When is the 'affordable' housing being built.
Yes I thought that was a tad expensive for Dawlish as well.
It will be interesting to see if their are any takers at those rental prices.
