Just walked along the beach and through Tucks Plot. It was great to see so many people enjoying the beach, also the cafe's along Piermont Place really busy.

The station car park was full and cars were driving around looking for somewhere to park. I think what Dawlish needs more than anything is a good size car park, even a two storey by the station whould be better than none.

Brilliant news and a massive boost to the local economy. Just when the tourists industry is usually slowing down for the winter , the weather has been a massive tonic.If only it would continue for longer.
