We have recently opened a shop in Dawlish down by the green, on Piermont Place.
We are a local Computer Repair and Sales Shop who soon intend to be an Internet/Gaming Cafe.

I shall be travelling down to Dawlish next month - is your internet cafe open yet? Your advert makes clear you intention to open but doesnt actually say it is operative yet. A telephone number would have made this enquiry a simpler business.
