Rainbow1 - I'm sure you're trying to appear cool with your 'street' talk, sadly you don't, you look like an idiot and the joke is wearing thin.

Hi Wriggler,

I've just received this Email today, hope it helps with your enquiries!

Dear Jansy,

Thanks for your email about our Dawlish store.

I’ve spoken to my in store colleagues about your enquiry regarding a bus service. They tell me that this is something they’re planning to provide and are currently in discussion as to how it can be arranged. They’re unable to confirm when the service will be available, but are working to have it organised as soon as possible.

We hope this information helps and I’m grateful to you for taking the time to get in touch.

Kind regards

Wendy Wong | Customer Manager

Thanks for that, someone today told me the bus stop is already in the carpark at Sainsburys and there is a notice there apologising for the delay but stating the service will begin in October, not sure if the date is mentioned. I will have a look next time I shop there, probably tomorrow or Sat.

from 10th October toen bus most journeys
extended to serve Sainsbury’s. The route has been changed –
buses from Sainsbury’s which operate via Henty Avenue and
Elm Grove Road will now operate via High Street, Old Town
Street, Barton Crescent, Barton Terrace and The Strand to the
Green and then via Teignmouth Hill to Coronation Avenue and
John Nash Drive. The route on journeys to Sainsbury’s via the

Thanks Leatash. Surprising that Sainsburys aren't funding the service as many other supermarkets do. At that price, I'll stick with the car!

You can use your 'free' bus pass. It is the town service revised and extended to cater for Sainsburys shoppers.
