Following a report in yesterdays Express & Echo, a Dawlish man has written a letter stating the speed cameras were sited illegally therefore he and others were found not guilty.
He also said Dawlish Town Council spent more than £80,000, not £60,000 on the surveillance cameras which do not work at night.
