I notice the young couple running it have put alot of hard work in to improve the place .Its a shame it was quiet.
Six of us went in for a meal lately and i have to say the food was very good , and great value. The curries are excellant, grills were good, ham was fresh and so was the salad .Fish tasted good and the carvery look plentiful.
If there is one criticism, that would be the beer. A shocking london beer and John Smiths is never going to get the punters in.
Come on Welcome inn , get a good Real Ale , something like St.Austells tribute and you will see the number of customers increase , that your food rightly deserves. It has the makings of a great pub.
