A builder has launched an appeal against refusal of planning permission a major development in Dawlish.A scheme for 58 homes on land at Treston House, East Cliff Road, Dawlish, was rejected by Teignbridge District Council in March.
Now Monarch Homes Ltd, the company behind the proposal, has appealed against the decision.
