I'm looking for a min 2 double bedroom house or bungalow to rent in Dawlish area up to £700 pcm. must have a garage. If anybody knows of somewhere please let me know. Deposit and excellent references available

Just out of interest, why must it have a garage? There aren't many 2 bedroom properties with garages.

I need somewhere to keep my tools, I'm a builder by trade. Your right about a 2 bed with a garage but 2 bed is the minimum I need, if a 3 bed comes up I would also be interested.

What about 2 bed with a strong shed.
