A Devon businessman who re-started a cannabis factory while awaiting trial after a police raid on his flower firm was jailed for six years on Thursday. The cannabis, with a street value of about £300,000, was found when police raided Williams Flowers in Starcross.

Kevin Williams, 39, from Dawlish was sentenced at Exeter Crown Court.

He was convicted at an earlier hearing of two charges of producing cannabis and two of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
