Welcome to the new version of the 'dawlish discussion forum'!? It’s written in dot-net & uses SQL server, so you should find it’s much quicker and hopefully easier to navigate. It also lets you view posts right back to the start of the forum. You can do this by clicking the page numbers at the bottom.
I have stopped showing IP addresses now as I think its a bit off-putting, but, of course, they get stored. Also there is new software in place that detects public proxy servers used by people using anonymizers such as user ‘hhfgdgdf’ who regularly adds weird posts to the guest book. I am not banning users who use anonymizers as anonymizers have positive uses, particularly for the young who like to take part in public discussion, but want to be protected. For me, at least I know if something is from a public proxy server, and if it is too outrageous, then I can act upon it quickly if necessary
Do please feel safe continuing to express your views and opinions anonymously, which is what we want and feel is right, and don’t take responses too personally. After all everyone has a ‘point of view’.

To be honest they really suck. Let me help you make a proper easy to navigate and moderate forum it will enable a much more community orientated place.

It may be hard to navigate, but this is still work in progress. We have no problem with moderating it, we can do what we want?!
Send us your forum & we will check it out. If its better we will use it.
By the way it must not depend on having to register and it must be written in c#, and the database must be SQL Server 2000/2003.

So Jacqui_UK, where's your forum?
I guess you are just one of the many idiots we get on this forum and we are used to.
