So what is Ed Milliband trying to say?

Seems a very strange thing to say.

Does not seem to be a Prime Minister in the making to me!

P'raps he's simply saying he didn't do drugs when he was younger - unlike certain other politicians!

Whatever these politicians come out with, they always seem to manage to put their foot in it. I seem to remember that they pay thousands of pounds to advisors and consultants and still they can't get it right.
