Did you find anything relating to Dawlish events in the review of 2010 in the Dawlish Post? Was there a mention of the uproar and referendum over the proposed closing down of the Manor House, the visit of Princess Sophie to open the amazing youth facility of the Red Rock centre, Sandy Lane, or the rescue of two girls from the sea wall by young men of Dawlish? I couldn't find them, but I did find note of a girl in Teignmouth rescuing a pigeon from the sea.

Can you tell me why it is called the Dawlish Post? There have been a number of significant events and new facilities for which we are grateful but the journalists in Newton Abbot have not the faintest clue. It's better to read the Torbay Herald Express. They do try to cover Dawlish stories.

If you dont like it... dont read it or get a job there and 'make a difference'. Mine is delivered free.

I've not bought a national paper for years, most all about affairs, sport and negativity! I dont want to pay to read about that!

Forget newspapers; everything you need is online and up to date.

It is owned by Sir Ray Tindle a multi millionaire who lives in a surrey mansion who owns 220 other news papers, he is hoping that people will fall for his "family" owned spin, feel sorry for them and send him free pictures and storys for his " local" newspaper having trimmed down and sacked most of the staff, those sending in are told that they have no budget for freelance work but will gladly publish your work for free, meanwhile Sir ray lights another cigar from his £220,000,000 fortune whilst some mug buys there own camera to give him free pictures.

It is NOT a local paper
