Street lights off - good idea?

Why is it such an issue!!!! We had street lights turned off at midnight years ago never caused a problem. Street lights I believe will be left on in town centre. Turn them off I say

A lot of people on the Elmgrove Estate are concerned. Years ago you didn't have pubs open until am also there weren't groups of youngsters out causing trouble half the night. I think there will be a large increase in crime.
