Dawlish Discussion

I know many are interested in booking cars for illegal parking etc. Yesterday midday I was in Queen Street, Newton Abbot, as there was no parking space a chap parks in the middle of the road whilst the traffice waits as he goes for a pastie! I spotted a girlie PSO she guessed he was in the shop, she went after him. He ran out with his pastie! and said 'oh im sorry wasn't a minute' Question ..I want to know why not book and fine these people? .. Help the funds lol.

Without question you should get a ticket if you block the road..to go shopping! Cars park outside Boots in Teignmouth in the loading bay and at the Bus Stop to go to Barclays bank. Why do car drivers think they rule ..BOOK THEM!!! why not?
