Property Rental with Pets
Does anyone know of any rental properties (House, flat or room)in Dawlish that allow pets and a smoker?
Wilsons do property rental - but they are not the best, if you have any problems with your place, they will do thier best to delay any repairs or come out with some random crap to get out of doing things. There are a few estate agents on the Strand that also do rentals. There is a nice chap called David Long who has loads of properties in Dawlish for rent, i rented through him a while back and would recommend him highly - dont have his number though, you should be able to get it from the estate agents.

Hello i've got a dog and my girlfriend smokes! To be honest we had trouble with finding rental. You'll fing that most estate agents put non smokers and no pets as standard advertising! But this isn't the case. Found a lovely cottage and asked the landlord if we can smoke and bring a pet all was fine! A good place to look is wilsons, Devon rose, Star lettings also Dillons window is a good one, if you live far away check out their websites. Hope this helps.
