Yuor right GUN's do kill. Hence why we teach gun disarms to prepare for the worst case scenario. And yes we do run about the woods practicing. (airsoft).

It's a great course and we are not promoting gun crime. We teach how to become more aware and how to deal with high risk situations.

Airsoft, for any of my fellow geriatrics who may not already know, is just the latest successor in the "Boys Toyz" range to paint-balling except that you can now spend hundreds of pounds, if you are so inclined, buying a 100% full size replica of a real firearm which will be guaranteed to get you shot, for real, if you take it outside. And all that it really does is fire out, short range, tiny 6mm plastic bbs which sting a bit if they catch you. The idea is as old as the hills and came about because real bb firing guns are dangerous if you start pointing them at people / animals.

And, if you are ever unlucky enough to be threatened by a genuine firearm, and I hope you never will be, then no air soft sleight of hands is going to save your butt.

The whole concept is just a game, so why not admit it and stop trying to market it as some new form of self-defence?

It might be more interesting to open a genuine firing range where real guns can be used, under supervised conditions, for target shooting and where people might just learn a healthy respect for firearms.

I appriciate your views on this subject. However, this is a new form of self defence, and i'm not saying if you were to train hard in it and come face to face with a robber that you might do anything. But why not be prepared.

The Airsoft is great fun and in-expensive. costs £35.00 for the whole day including gun hire, camo gear, green fees etc. Where as paintball cost that for 3 hours.

We are not here to teach people to carry guns, it's here as somethnig different.

When people attend our inductions we do a full report and background check before allowing them to attend lessons.

Yes the guns do sting when shot at. but thats the whole point of it. adds excitment to the day. TRY IT!! don't slag it off.

I will not be posting anymore to this subject. please feel free to continue posting.
