Some of you may have received the following: Latest News about The Manor House Dawlish Town Council were challenged under Freedom of Information rules to provide copies of any structural and valuation surveys they commissioned on 34 Park Road before they bought it. They were also asked how much they spent on these surveys. Their answer? "Nothing on File" The Town Council appear to have bought 34 Park Road without knowing the condition of the building or whether the price they paid was a fair one.
