Dawlish Discussion

Have just received this via e-mail from the Planning Inspectorate Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Appeal by Tesco Stores Limited Site at Ladys Mile Holiday Park, Exeter Road, Dawlish, EX7 0LX I am writing to advise you that the inquiry arranged for Tuesday, 11 May 2010 has been cancelled because the appellant’s have requested that the appeal is placed on hold pending the issuing of a Council decision on an application by Sainsbury’s at Shutterton Bridge, Dawlish

Why don't Sainsbury's just hurry up and start building? Or is that too simplistic?

Thank goodness. We can enjoy the early summer out of doors instead of being cooped up listening to a planning enquiry.

Who's the "we"?

I see on the news Tesco have decided to go into property. Plan is to build houses around the UK, Tesco the Estate Agent and sell themselves, there will be a supermarket built close to the houses..'every little helps hey' ..guess that wont be Asda then lol.
