Who was the man seen at about 4 this afternoon writing the numbers of ilegally parked cars in the ols town street area in his little note book? Has he benn stirring up all the bookings? I've seen him before doing the same, anybody know who this is?

Not me lol. I've got to work for living. How can reporting cars that are parked illegally (your word) be classed as 'stirring'. Surely the chap is being an unselfish and upstanding citizen. Good luck to him.

The conundrum could be solved by asking him, politely, of course.
