But we knew didnt we once the LIB-DEMS lost the Tesco/Football Ground battle, no further interest in Sandy Lane. Despite what Conett said he was going to sell out the whole area, but it all depended on that outcome. Maybe handing it back to Dawlish may preserve it for its intended use. Too late for that new monstrocity
