My husband and I are looking for a house/ cottage to rent in Dawlish. 1/2 bedrooms. outside garden area, £600-£700 approx pcm We have well behaved, and house trained staffie and a cat, We have very good refferences,and both work full time, in manager positions. Our pets are well looked after and have never caused any damage to the properties we have lived in previous, this will be reflected in our references, our staffie doesnt even bark !! We have both lived in Dawlish for many years, and are in need of a larger house than we have at the present.
