after stumbling on to this by accident I started to read about the above subject. I took great interest the finger pointing of a certain youth that had his name with held.Firstly I would like to point out two facts.

1. It is againts the law to name a minor in a police investication (you all see the news when they say can't name the youth for legal reasons)

2. Are family member was traveling on a bus just arriving before the fire was started ( time stamp on ticket proofs this fact) also CCTV at the one stop shop in the stand puts him in the shop at the time of the fire.

Yet none of the user of this site couldn't be bothered to find the truth instead you found him guilty anyway regarudless of the truth. also to the member that said her son 2 years earlier got away wih a prison sentance for drugs. Yet again this member go's to show how sad some people in Dawlish really are. I am the son you are on about and for the facts I went to prison in 1997 for 2 years and have been clean of smoking cannibis and any other class B/C drugs since.

Yet again a fine example of how idiots make up what they think without finding out the facts, now if you would like to say that to my face more than I am more than happy to come to Dawlish. As I do believe that classes as a form of slander. But then again that why you hide behind your PC given the I know everything attitude because you don't have the guts to say sorry when you are wrong.

In fact there is alot of users on this site that pointed the finger and now you know the truth it would be interesting to see how many of you are big enough to say SORRY after relising what idiots you have been to jump on the band wagon of lets accuse an 11 year old youth without the facts. Well done i bet you are proud of yourselfs.
