I think it is asking too much of the Webmaster to moderate posts routinely and to pick out individuals for special attention might smack of censorship.
There is the alternative whereby poster make more effort to avoid confrontation.

Sorry Don! there will always be confrontation as long as people choose to differ. How that confrontation is handled or dealt with, is a matter of choice.
