I am not trying to make any point here. With the introduction of signing in between the posts below, I could imagine either two different posters or a welcome, but possibly less likely, change of heart.

Is the Roy who posted,
"A Youth/Remand Centre that will bring druggies and alcoholics and many other disaffected to the town from all over Teignbridge." in July 2008

the same Roy who posted in July 2009,
"A bloody good one that will provide many great benefits for our town. Our thanks go to the various bodies that have worked hard to secure the funding from a multitude of sources."

The initial posting that you quote was from a non-member who passed themselves off as Roy.

I.e. it was one of the lunatic fringe that were able to post under a multitude of aliases, until Dullish pushed it too far and forced the webmaster's hand into making this forum Members Only.
