Could you please explain to users of the forum why the news item "Police Warn About Travelling Vehicle Crime Gang" has a photograph at the bottom of the page showing caravans and designated Pikeys-25925.jpg?

Thankyou for replying so quickly.
There is no problem at all with the article. However, it is accompanied by a photograph of Romany caravans that has a designation that includes "Pikeys", a word not normally used other than in a derogatory way.
The article mentions the thieves travelling into the area.
I believe that the photo has been deliberately posted so that readers will draw the conclusion that "travellers" are responsible.

Apologies for the delay in replying. I will rename the image.
Unfortunately, there is a problem with this site which does not let me replace an image even when it's been deleted, so for the time being the image is not available!
