Chris Crudelli, the cultural explorer and martial artist from BBC TV’s ‘Mind, Body & Kick Ass Moves’,
Will be returning to Devon to run a Two Day Special Seminar, on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July 2009.

Introduction to the Unique Alphabet Training method
Get quick results with this unique training methodology of JFM kung Fu, strategies for empty hand, knife and stick fighting based simply on the shapes of the alphabet.
It’s quick to learn, easy to remember under pressure and so effective Chris Crudelli has incorporated it into the courses he teaches the UK Marine corps most elite, who are tasked with Close Protection of high ranking VIP's within major conflict zones such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
Each day includes 4 hours of training broken into 2 x 2hour sessions totalling 8 hours. Also included in the price will be a 1 hour Conflict Conditioning session on the Sunday hosted by Gary Dell (Control & Defence) in the morning for anyone wanting to take part.
There is an optional FREE 1 hour intensity training lesson hosted by Chris Crudelli on the last day for those who sign up for both days.
Certificates will be awarded to all attendees at the end of the seminar

Bring camping equipment, for those who wish to camp with the group. Camping fees are not included in the price.

CHRIS CRUDELLI BIOGRAPHY

Chris is an accomplished martial artist, cultural explorer and Chinese linguist. After studying the martial arts as a
youth he travelled to China in his teens, travelling and studying for a further 10 years in North & South East Asia, he
Developed an unparalleled contact base and knowledge of the area and he is fluent in two dialects of spoken and
Written Chinese.
Alongside martial arts, Chris loves travelling by land and sea, mountain climbing, fishing and bivouacking. His
Interests are cults and the occult, anthropology, philosophy, psychology, Buddhism and comparative theology, self
Development, metaphysics, ancient’s strategic texts, backpacking, teaching and film making.
Chris is an active member of a number of London based theatre groups and he still participates in theatre productions
Under pseudonyms.
